The three flagship Xiaomi 12 has finally entered the global market. And we are very excited to see all three Xiaomi 12 models in our office. After our review of the Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12, we are now ready to take a closer look at the Xiaomi 12X. It is similar to the Xiaomi 12 Lite, but is a heavyweight. The only thing that makes it easy
Indeed, the Xiaomi 12X is an incredibly compact and lightweight smartphone that will grab your attention (and hands) in 2022. We’ve always been fans of this form factor. And never miss a chance to enjoy a phone that fits perfectly in your hand and pocket.
Of course, the 12X is the same as the Xiaomi 12 in everything except the chipset. This means they are the same size, weight and color, what we can do is consider the Xiaomi 12 to be the replacement phone of all three. It currently packs some of the most powerful hardware in a small body and beneath a 1080p display, let’s just say this is an exaggeration. And even worse, suppression is like putting a Ferrari engine in the bug.
This and the lower price makes the Xiaomi 12X more attractive. Has a reliable chipset high quality display Knowledge of modern photography and fast loading
Okay, we’re dealing with Xiaomi 12X, let’s get started.
Like the Xiaomi 12, the Xiaomi 12X offers a 6.28 inch Full HD AMOLED display with 120Hz dynamic refresh rate, 480Hz touch sensitivity, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Native color support, 12 bits per pixel and over 68 billion colors can be displayed (let that number drop)! This is the right way to truly enjoy Dolby Vision.
Then there is the Snapdragon 870 5G which has proven to be one of the most requested flagship level chipsets due to its high performance and high battery efficiency.
The triple camera setup on the back is the same as Xiaomi’s main 12-50MP OIS, a 13MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 5MP autofocus telemacro camera for a nice turn off. Among the many other recording modes, 8K video recording is also available. The front camera uses a 32 MP sensor.
The Xiaomi 12X offers a Harman Kardon stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support, which would be a great addition to the Dolby Vision display. The phone comes with a 4500mAh battery that supports Mi 67W fast charging – another perk that makes it worth it. more value

There is an obvious glitch: hack protection. Xiaomi hasn’t released an official review of the Xiaomi 12X or 12 yet, but we can confirm that the phone is splashproof. It’s not really waterproof, but the 12X isn’t completely weatherproof either.
The lack of a camera zoom, or at least a lossless zoom, is a bit confusing, as the 12X can process and transfer high-resolution photos anytime, anywhere.
However, despite these question marks But the Xiaomi 12X seems to be one of the most attractive smartphones. As it strikes a great balance between great quality features, performance and price, so don’t waste your time, this is the Xiaomi 12X.
Unboxing the Xiaomi 12X
Like most Xiaomi phones, the Xiaomi 12X comes packaged in a white cardboard box. Inside you’ll find a 67W charger and a 6A USB-C cable.
Magazines are normally supplied with a soft transparent case. This additional accessory is always welcome.
Finally, the Xiaomi 12X arrives with a thin film that was applied on the screen’s Gorilla Glass. It’s a smudge magnet, but it also keeps scratches away – we’ll leave the choice whether to keep it or peel it off up to you.
Design, build quality, handling
The Xiaomi 12X is a great smartphone with a balanced design. beautiful appearance And its small size. In fact, the Xiaomi 12X along with the Samsung Galaxy S22 is one of the most compact Android devices on the market.
Xiaomi 12 and 12X are the same, so we think you can trust us that it’s 12X, not 12. It doesn’t matter, this chapter is really important.
Like most modern premium smartphones, the Xiaomi 12X has a double glass design and a metal body with a handcrafted aluminum frame. The front panel is curved in the same way as the back panel. It achieves a truly symmetrical shape that you will easily fall in love with.
Xiaomi has used a slightly curved Gorilla Glass Victus blade at the top of the display. while the back is covered with Gorilla Glass 5 with the same shape. The reputation is also slightly curved on all sides. But not enough to replicate the good grip it offers.
And when we look at the overall design of the Xiaomi 12X, we appreciate the manufacturer’s attention to detail and overall symmetry. which not only applies to shapes but also the speaker grille The two upper and lower poles are identical and completely symmetrical.
Xiaomi 12X is not officially IP certified. This means it’s not waterproof and dustproof. However, a Xiaomi representative confirmed to us that all three Xiaomi 12 phones have limited dust and splash insulation. And this is very evident when we open the SIM slot. Certainly not great. But it’s better than doing nothing.
And now let’s take a closer look at Xiaomi 12X.
The new 6.28-inch, 12-bit AMOLED is all ahead. It includes all sorts of premium features, such as a 120 Hz dynamic refresh rate, 480 Hz touch sensitivity, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support. The screen bezel is minimal and the self-timer hole punch is relatively small.
There is a fingerprint reader under the display and it works almost perfectly. The sensor will alarm as soon as you touch the bottle. Then scan and unlock the phone for a moment. It’s one of the fastest scanners we’ve ever encountered. And we have no complaints.
